We’ve all jumped on to play our favorite game and realized it takes a few “warm up” games to really get into the flow of things. Part of that is your aim, yes, but the other part is getting your eyes and brain warmed up to be able to track and focus on your targets. This short 5-6 minutes of eye warm ups should have you primed and ready to go much quicker than playing a few warm up games. If this is your first time watching the video I just have a few things to go over with you real quick then we’ll be jumping straight into the exercises. I’ll leave chapters on the video so you can skip through this part next time you come back.
With each new exercise you’ll they will either be getting slightly more challenging or warming up a different type of awareness so make sure you stick it out for the full 6 minutes to get the most out of this video.
I also wanted to let you know that mid roll ads are completely disabled for this video so there will be no interruptions while you’re doing the eye training to make sure that you stay in flow state.
